Worked with Chris to purchase a vehicle which we love. We were promised they would purchase our vehicle at said price with the additional $1600 for a tax, tag, & title credit because we were doing a trade in were promised they would purchase our vehicle at said price with the additional $1600 for a tax, tag, & title credit because we were doing a trade in. The state had our title messed up in which Daryl the manager said no worries they could still do the purchase of our current vehicle at said price no matter the time frame. We finally get the title cleared(the state had 420,000 miles vs 42k) a month later. We go to sign the paperwork and they can no longer do it as it's been to long(approximately 30 days we all know how the government works) even though Daryl and Chris both said it wouldn't be an issue but they forgot they said that. Needless to say they are both liars and only wanted to sell the vehicle and not give us the additional tax, tag, title credit. This will be the last time we deal with them and I would recommend everyone stay away from these two. If they promise something make sure you get it in writing.
