That level of transparency made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. The sales associate I worked with was very informative and set clear expectations throughout the process. Once I arrived, everything moved quickly. We completed the test drive, and while I was reviewing and signing paperwork, the vehicle was already being prepared. Unlike other dealerships where you can spend hours waiting, I was in and out in under two hours. I also appreciated how seamless the final steps were. The only addition I made in-store was the extended warranty, and even that was explained clearly without pressure. When everything was complete, the car was ready, freshly cleaned, and presented with a bow, which made the moment feel special.
