Process after purchase has not been great I tried to do a price check in was told CarMax doesn’t price check for a vehicle over 5k what it was worth. Anyways even after that I noticed the car needed new brea price check in was told CarMax doesn’t price check for a vehicle over 5k what it was worth. Anyways even after that I noticed the car needed new break pads and I did not get a detail and I still have not gotten that detail after a month of buying. Everything I tell the technician he tells me it’s fine and passes the standard but it’s obvious the car needs work and they avoid doing at this point I’m going to try other car max locations for assistance More
