The sales department was very helpful and they were extremely nice to me through the process. However.. the service department I would rate a -1 if I could. You can never get a hold of them, nor do the extremely nice to me through the process. However.. the service department I would rate a -1 if I could. They more seem annoyed or bothered because a continuous problem that should have never been a problem in the first place after only having my car 4 months! They made the problem worse and my car broke down. Keep in mind the short time I’ve had it but I’m paying good money for a piece of junk! Beware on getting a car from this place! More

Very unorganized. I was there from 12 till 730- 2.5 hours after they closed all because their financial personal couldn’t get her crap together. She was taking people before us that got there after us, way after us. I was tired of sitting so I would stand. Then I would get the excuse if it’s only going to take a couple minutes. Then when it was time to do the paperwork, the financing person just threw the paper work in front of me, didn’t explain any thing on the paperwork and then got annoyed when I would sit there and look over all of it. Very unorganized. On top of it all, the car is under my name with my husband as a co signer. Everything was under his name without notice. They just blew it off like nothing. They made a sale and that’s all that mattered to them. More
