I got a 2016 Lexus in great condition, they put in new tires and the car was washed as I believe. Buying a car from Carvision is a great experience. tires and the car was washed as I believe. Buying a car from Carvision is a great experience. More

Most garages would have just done the work and collected the money. Appreciate the honesty! Will be back for my next maintenance! More

All in all not a bad experience. The sales woman was very forthright, and honest. She was helpful, and patient, answering all my questions. Now things get a lil murky when it came do The sales woman was very forthright, and honest. She was helpful, and patient, answering all my questions. Now things get a lil murky when it came down to negotiating financing however. I was asked what monthly payments I can afford, and I said $380, a number about $300 less then my absolute ceiling for my budget, and about $150 less then what I wanted to spend. I recommend everybody do that at any dealership. The sales woman goes to see the sales manager, and the finance manager, and comes back with an offer sheet for $420 a month in one hand, and a massive brochure for an extended warranty in the other, and she says "that price includes an extended warranty". I say well that number is quite doable, but lemme see this warranty info. I immediately notice it is a LKQ warranty (like kind quality), which means they can use for warranty work any crap part that they can scavenge from junk yards, crashed vehicles, heck even the woods off Interstate 81. I ask how much this warranty will cost, and I am shocked at the $2,900 price tag. I graciously refuse the warranty, and she must now draw up a new financial offer. In comes the sales manager to try and talk me into the warranty. I ask him how long the factory warranty lasts for, and he replies "it depends on the model". I have been trained in the application of successful interrogation techniques including non-traumatic avoidance, and body language assessment, and his downward to the left gaze told me he was being less then honest. I say "well haw about the one I am buying", and he replies 36,000 miles bumper to bumper ( which is partially true, he neglected to mention the 36 months). I then ask how about the powertrain which he replies "54" (a flat out lie, as the Nissan Kicks powertrain warranty is 60,000 miles or 5 years). At that point I flatly refused the warranty, and wouldn't you know it the new financial offer is now $80 less per month, and my payments are well under my budget line. They gave me exactly what I wanted on my trade, as it was a fair asking price, but it was still rare and a nice surprise to not have to haggle of that aspect. The Finance Manager was really cool in the end, and we had a great conversation about the nature of the universe, our role in it, and accepting responsibility for one's station in life. I would recommend Carvission Nissan to friends and family, just be ready to tell em to stick that LKQ extended warranty up their nose, whether it's level is gold, platinum, or enriched uranium with a dark matter core.....
