Car City Wholesale is family based, Veteran owned, used value priced and luxury car dealerships located in Shawnee, near the heart of Kansas City. Our business was founded by our Managing Partner, Frank Heck who has over 30 years of experience in the automotive business. With a background in the wholesale buying arena, Frank and his team wanted to sell customers quality vehicles at true wholesale inspired prices with a fully transparent and non-traditional buying experience. That was the spark that ignited the vision of Car City Wholesale. Lisa, we understand how frustrating title delays can be and appreciate the opportunity to provide some additional context. After the title was processed and sent, there was an extended period before we were notified that it had not been received. During our conversations, there was concern that the title may have been misplaced after delivery. Once we were informed of the issue, we immediately began working toward a resolution. Because the original title could not be located, a duplicate title had to be requested before the registration process could continue. While obtaining a duplicate title can add time to the process, we have continued working with you and the necessary agencies to help get the matter resolved as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and remain committed to assisting until everything is completed.
