Car City Wholesale is family based, Veteran owned, used value priced and luxury car dealerships located in Shawnee, near the heart of Kansas City. Our business was founded by our Managing Partner, Frank Heck who has over 30 years of experience in the automotive business.
With a background in the wholesale buying arena, Frank and his team wanted to sell customers quality vehicles at true wholesale inspired prices with a fully transparent and non-traditional buying experience. That was the spark that ignited the vision of Car City Wholesale.

Making the entire experience feel so much more meaningful and comfortable! They have a children’s play area which as a mom of 2 small boys was an absolute lifesaver! Even now my oldest ask to go back everyday lol! I can’t recommend them enough or say enough good things about them! If you’re needing a sign on where to go to get your next vehicle this is it! Hey Ivan & Joe was the easiest salesman I’ve ever worked with. Super nice and friendly and honest. Kelly and Skylar are amazing prior to finding them I went to multiple dealerships that had notes higher than most ppls rent and APR ranges they couldn’t explain. They were my last stop I submitted my applica to multiple dealerships that had notes higher than most ppls rent and APR ranges they couldn’t explain. They were my last stop I submitted my application and Kelly called me back with a APR that was lower than any offer prior. She went above and beyond within an hr and told me to come get my car. Skylar was talking to me constantly through out that process and got the car available for me to test drive an amazing team. I have know had my 2021 Jeep Wrangler Sahara for 7 days now my dream car and I love it. Go see them a team that can’t be beat. More
