Kathi Greene and Dennis McConnell worked together to keep us informed when our vehicle needed repairs. I found the maintenance service and customer service thorough and good. I like the vehicle, though it has some shortcomings for a certified 2022 vehicle with 10k miles at the start of my ownership. These things (like the flaw in the dashboard leather) could have been fixed before sale. I also paid to license and register, warranty. Overall, I’d rate the selection and sales/finance service as mediocre. I came in with very good credit, a sizeable down payment, and a finance offer from my bank. I wasn’t that impressed with the selection to choose from and though I did eventually choose a vehicle…the experience was bland. A few days later there was a big sale at the dealership with low very low APRs and I saw a ton of Mazdas on the road. I didn’t receive star service from the sales department and still feel like I could have walked out with a better vehicle and deal. I still like the vehicle. I bought my previous vehicle from this dealership too. That vehicle turned out to be a pricey experience. I’d rather be driving than not, so I am happy with the car. Customer service called the car old and that was not pleasant to hear at just a year of owning. I’m still happy with the car. I’m not sure I’d want to purchase from the dealership again though. More
Se portaron terrible me trataron como un delincuente fui a querer comprar un carro y me dieron un trato como si lo fuera a robar, querían que me llevara un carro totalmente diferente a que me avía gustado, a querer comprar un carro y me dieron un trato como si lo fuera a robar, querían que me llevara un carro totalmente diferente a que me avía gustado, yo soy cliente de Mazda y la verdad estoy totalmente desepciando con la atención al cliente que ofrecen en el filer de Capitol Mazda en San Jose, quiero un carro para mi esposa pero creo que Mazda ya no será mi primera opción, espero y de verdad hagan algo al respecto, en especial con su jefe de financiamiento que se llama Víctor ese tipo no tiene ganas de vender y piensan por qué uno no habla inglés y creyeron que si lo puedo comprender PÉSIMO SERVICIO MAZDA CAPITOL More
