Best VW Dealership I just visited this location for the first time. I have had my Jetta for 8 years now and have been to several dealerships for various reasons and serv I just visited this location for the first time. They provided a printed out document of all things my car needed to have done and an explanation of what each service would mean. Then Ryan and Dustin went over each step with me and answered all my questions. I look forward to working with them in the future! More

I found the car with all the features I wanted and then some on their website, called the dealership and spoke to Michael Felton, explained the car I wanted, we negotiated over the phone which was painless (yes!! Painless and I am a pretty tenacious buyer). And, what I thought was the best reason to drive 4 hours to buy this car was the fact that it was a lot less $$ then a similar car with less features in my home town, became a secondary reason. The true reason behind going to this dealership was the amazing teamwork!!! Michael Felton is awesome!!! Who then introduced us to Michael Ludes who was truly an expert in knowing his product, spent as much time as we wanted and needed going over every inch of our new vehicle! I know move about my new vehicle then the previous vehicle I drove for 7 years! Who introduced us to Cameron, the service advisor, who explained the recommended service schedule for our vehicle and answered questions we had as they came up. Michael L then introduced us to Kevin and he went through all the paperwork with us, and guess what??? The price negotiated over the phone was EXACTLY the same as what was on the paperwork, no hidden fees, no bait and switch!! We drove 4 hours home in our beautiful new Porsche Cayenne, relaxed, happy, stress free and able to truly enjoy our journey because of the time and commitment from the Capital team!! More
