Capital Eurocars saved the day! Last week I was suddenly put in a tough situation with my 2007 Camry. It had 167,000 miles and suddenly needed a new engine which meant I needed a new Last week I was suddenly put in a tough situation with my 2007 Camry. It had 167,000 miles and suddenly needed a new engine which meant I needed a new car right away, and the day before a holiday nonetheless. Since I was in need of a car right away, I was fearful of being given the run around and being overcharged for a vehicle. To avoid that from happening, I would have normally done a lot of shopping around but unfortunately I was not in the position to do that. My dad and many of his friends from Quincy have done business with you in the past and I knew you would have quality pre-owned vehicles. I contacted one of the pre-owned vehicle managers, Mr. Waigand, right away and explained my unfortunate situation. He said he could help me right away, no problem, so I literally put picking out a quality vehicle into his hands. He picked out a 2014 pre-owned Jetta that was a service car with minimal mileage. I did not know much about VW's at the time. I went up there the same day, Mr. Waigand was kind enough to let me take it home for Thanksgiving which also helped me out since I now only had my company car which I could not transport my daughter in. I fell in love with how the Jetta drove and decided to purchase it. Mr. Waigand, Mr. Brinson and Mr. Smith were incredibly helpful. They each expedited their part of the buying process. all three of them stayed after hours both days, they helped me with my trade in and did whatever they had to do to make the process as stress-free as possible for me. They were kind, professional, honest, and even sympathetic about my being so upset about my Camry. That meant a lot. I love cars and was attached to mine. It was a beautiful car and it was a very good to me for seven years. I have been a photographer in the car business for a little over a year now here in Tallahassee. I have known for awhile I was going to buy a car within the next year or so because of the high mileage on my Camry. I planned on purchasing one from one of my current accounts, as I have a fantastic relationship with them all but I was not in a rush. But when Mr. Waigand showed me the car he thought would be perfect for me, I knew even they could have given me such a great car. To be completely honest, since I had to make a hasty decision about a vehicle, I was afraid I would regret not shopping around at least a little. I would never recommend that to anyone. However, after purchasing my Jetta I have looked around at cars a bit just out of curiosity. That only made me feel even better about my decision to make Capital Eurocars my first stop and make it my last, going with the vehicle that was recommended by Mr. Waigand. I feel the same as I did the first day I drove my Jetta and decided to buy it which is extremely confident about my decision and knowing I got a great deal on a car that I will love or a very long time. Having been (and still currently) in the customer service business, it is very important to me to make it known to upper management when their staff go above and beyond a customer's expectation. so please don't forget to give your staff many, many praises. Helped out when in a Bind I ended up needing a car unplanned as my previous 11 year old vehicle was totaled much to my disagreement with insurance. The staff, particularly Ron I ended up needing a car unplanned as my previous 11 year old vehicle was totaled much to my disagreement with insurance. The staff, particularly Ron Carter, were courteous and professional and the dealership went the extra mile to get me a vehicle with the correct specifications. They even loaned me a vehicle with similar but not exact specs and provided pick up/drop off service for rental cars that I needed to use in the interim. Overall, good experience. More
