There was a technician available who heard my request for service and they both consulted with me. I decided to wait and could request the shuttle at anytime. The waiting area was comfortable and Cameron provided updates during the wait. It was a good experience. I requested windshield work and a key for a roof rack, both of which were not services available at the dealership. I would have preferred the service here. More

The car was ready and waiting when I arrived; test drive went well and per my request the offer was in my e-mail box when I got back to my office. One change to the offer and we had a deal. The contract and attendant paperwork was complete and ready for signature when I got back to the dealership after work, and the car was being detailed. After we finalized the contract, Leon and Lela took me to meet Dustin, who's in charge of VW service. The entire process took less than an hour and a half actual time from selection of the car through test drive, trade in and pick up. Every person on the team was friendly and helpful, and there was zero pressure. Leon and the rest of the team were a true pleasure to work with, and I'll be back for my next car! More
