I am not sure why I am to contact the dealership again when I already called twice yesterday concerning this. In addition, you already have all of my information to contact me since credit had already been ran and everything else prior to your general manger not honoring the agreed upon sale that was already agreed upon with the sales manager. I would also have figured that when an agreement had been made and the dealership already knew we were disappointed that we had wasted our day driving 80 miles one way thinking we were buying a vehicle, that every effort would have been made to rectify the situation then and there if you truly wanted to address our concerns.
