Very helpful but problems still persist. Bought my car from them 3 months ago. Buying experience was very nice. Car has since been back a few times for a nagging rattle and a few other things. Chuck in service is very helpful and accommodating. Only thing that would make this a 5 star review is if we can once and for all solve the issues. Just one of those gremlins that are hard to find I guess. I have no doubt that Chuck and his guys want to finally fix the issues and I am sure they will, just hope it is soon. The 4 stars for the quality of work is only because we haven't fully fixed everything yet. 5 stars is perfection and we're not quite there yet. More

I let Brad know I would have none of it and even though I drove two hours, I would easily walk away if everything wasn't right. I had a great experience with everyone I worked with. The only complaint I had was with the actual detailing of the car. It was pretty clear it hadn't been cleaned at all and I am still getting dirt and such out of the vents. However, this is my fault for not pointing it out during the buying process. More
