New Car needed oil. I was not given any paperwork for the oil top off. Called three times for a copy. Still no paperwork or even a call back. Rhonda was awsome Rhonda was the only one who truly listened to me, and Patty in the parts department was the one who told me what I need to ask o have done. Unnecessary services I was charged for services that in my opinion I did not need. They had a good excuse for doing it but it was without Merit. And as I went to another p I was charged for services that in my opinion I did not need. They had a good excuse for doing it but it was without Merit. And as I went to another place to have my car serviced they did not agree with what the dealership did. But I can understand why they did it. They needed to pay for the brand new building that they just built. Never again. More
