I get it, it's a business, and when sales are made that's great for the company. But Jen wasn't in my face, she was mellow, she was helpful and most importantly, she was patient. I find it easier to make purchases with people who are more passive, and I wouldn't be surprised if she makes a larger proportion of the sales there. More
