This was the best car buying experience I could have imagined. My boyfriend bought a new car from Rockingham Toyota a few months ago, and we had such a great experience then, that we couldn't have imag imagined. We live in Boston, and made the trip up to NH for both of our cars. Jen was so helpful, she answered every single one of my one million questions, even at 9pm. She made leasing my first car easy and fun, rather than stressful and scary. When I picked up my car, she even sat in the car with me for a solid 30 minutes, explained all of the systems, and helped me hook my phone up with the Entune audio system, bluetooth, navigation, everything! A few weeks after purchase I had a small issue with the car so I called him and he had me come in right away and the problem was taken care of at no cost to me at all. Terry was also great, as someone who has never purchased a car before he was awesome in explaining all the paperwork and details so that I felt comfortable and understood everything I was signing. He also got me a great interest rate, low for a used car and someone who has never had a long term loan before (3.9% !!) and a monthly payment I can easily afford. Great guy to work with. I have and will definitely continue to recommend this dealership. Absolutely love my car and have had no issues with it! More
