First class experience I drove here from over 3 hours away in a different state because they had the vehicle I was looking for. Rick was kind enough to come in hours early I drove here from over 3 hours away in a different state because they had the vehicle I was looking for. Rick was kind enough to come in hours early from his normal shift to accommodate my schedule and it worked out for the best in the end. I ended up with the vehicle I wanted and they were able to take my car in on trade without too much of a hassle on either side. The car was missing something when I arrived and before I drove it home for the day they had already contacted the previous owner and sent someone to that location to retrieve the missing item for me. We were greeted by Bob Copley, a member of their sales team. He should us a couple of cars we had seen from the road that we had wanted to look at. When we realized they were not what we were looking for, he asked if we would like to see any of the other pre owned inventory. We found a car we really liked. Bob was the most laid back no pressure sales man that I have ever dealt with. While working on that deal, I saw a tacoma I liked. Bob and the sales manager Rob Marcoux put together a great deal for us. So we purchased both vehicles. Then we were introduce to Scott Miranda in the finance department. He's a great guy who looks like an ex patriots linebacker. But he floats over two keyboards so quickly that two computers can't keep up with him. Scott put together a finance and warranty package for each vehicle that were outstanding.
