Seems like there is always a disconnect when my vehicle comes in for service. I asked for an oil change and tire rotation. Oil was changed, but tires were not rotated. In the past I've made a special point to ask that the tires be inflated to a specific pressure both front and back to accommodate a slide-in camper. It has NEVER happened. So this time I just asked for a rotation with the oil change. No rotation. Love the dealership but this is a constant back eye . . . More
