In each instance, these guys arranged that the vehicle be delivered to our home, the first time while living in Yakima, the second at our current home in Leavenworth--now that's customer service beyond the norm, the kind of things that friends do for friends. Not only that, they took the artwork for my wife's business, had one of their associate companies do the work, and delivered the vehicle to our home with The Purple Pot logo on the driver and passenger side doors, all beautifully done. We did our due diligence, and checked a few other Seattle area dealers for the X Terra we were looking for. As expected, John and Travis gave us the best price overall, sweetened it with a few extras, then delivered it out of area with our personal artwork in place. As these are hard to come by I was impressed with the speed and ease of the whole process. In the end I saved money and was impressed with His integrity and honesty.
