I had an excellent experience purchasing my vehicle through Ashtyn at Camelback Toyota. My prior experiences with dealerships were bad due to long drawn out negotiations and a lot of frustrations. You have horrible customer service. For me to describe how much of a run-around I was given on so many issues, this review would need to be an epistle. For the consumer beware: After purchase, I had several issues with my lease. I left 11 (ELEVEN!) messages there, and no one -- NOT ONE PERSON -- called me back to help me resolve my issue of a registration and key fob I was not given at purchase. The staff lied to me. I was hung up on several times. The finance manager Luis and several others have voicemails from me - never returned. I asked my finance person Miguel for a manager's contact. Never got an email back. I asked for help when I felt helpless, and no one there seemed interested at all in helping me solve my problems, including a matter of $600 owed me. This went on for 5 weeks and a dozen more unanswered emails and phone calls. Six (SIX!) weeks into my trying to get several of Toyota’s mistakes corrected, I finally received a call from their “customer service” person, and she was aloof - and at times even cavalier - on the phone when she “let me” discuss my issues. It is the last time I will lease or buy a car from you, obviously, and perhaps the last time I’ll purchase a Toyota altogether, after 10 years of being a Toyota owner; that is how poorly everyone there has done their job. Awful. Get some quality control in place, Toyota. You should feel ashamed to have a dealership like this repping you. More
