I contacted over 15 dealerships in my search for a new car. Many came back with decent prices but Rebecca Rideout from Cambridge Honda called me to make a great offer over the phone and backed it up in car. I gave the other dealers a chance to counter and all fell short--some sounded incredulous at the deal she gave me. Furthermore, she sounded very friendly and down-to-earth and was very sincere, without any of the "What can I do to get you down to our dealership today?/Your presence at our dealership is your best leverage" type of salespeople I had been dealing with. I was still skeptical since it seemed too easy and too good to be true. When we went to pick up the car, I was still waiting for a bait-and-switch moment or a hidden line item but Rebecca went over everything I questioned until I was confident that the numbers all worked. She took her time with us and even came in on a vacation day so we could pick the car up on the day that we had hoped. Honestly I can't say enough about how professional, personal and just easy she made the whole car buying experience from the moment I contacted her until my wife and I got into our new 2013 Honda Pilot; I want to thank her and recommend her to anyone looking to buy a Honda. I received a call back from Cambridge. I explained what I was looking for and what I wanted to spend, and I told him that I was doing this today so don't delay. Justin was great, he took my information and said he would call me back.When Justin called me back in 10 minutes he was able to give me a deal that we got up from the desk at another dealership and head on over to Cambridge Honda. We sat down with him and in less then an hour we had leased our new van. The delivery process was just as pleasant. The dealership has a kid play area that was able to entertain my 2 kids.
