I went to Cactus Auto after having tried dozens of car dealers as well as even after purchasing a car and pretty much getting burned. Not even two days after getting the car I had the check engine light c dealers as well as even after purchasing a car and pretty much getting burned. Not even two days after getting the car I had the check engine light came on so I returned the Audi and was again without a car. As a single mom of two who lives in Oro Valley but works locally in the town of Tucson I was beyond stressed and annoyed at this point. Xander emailed me the same day all of this was happening and it was a sigh of relief that he was still wanting my business and willing to help me out as much as possible. He referred me to see his sales agent Frank whom that day stayed open later than business hours to get an application started for my cosigner after we had accidentally mistaken Cactus Jack and Cactus Auto for one another. I immediately after only about half a day got approved for a car! There were a few very minor things needing fixing on the car but Frank has been very quick to help and resolve the problems. These people here at this dealership might actually be the nicest group of people I have encountered at ANY dealership, even the fellows I didn't work directly with were still warm and very friendly! I definitely will return when I am able to make a larger purchase in the future! More

This place is one of the last small auto dealerships with morals and realistic expetations. They helped us find the correct vehicle for our needs at a good price for our current credit situation. I came in knowing what car I wanted and what car I was trading in; however I wasn't sure if I had the time to make a deal then and there since I had work in less than 4-5 hours. Jeff was the first to gree trading in; however I wasn't sure if I had the time to make a deal then and there since I had work in less than 4-5 hours. Jeff was the first to greet me after a minute of being there with a smile on his face and a nice welcome handshake. My wife and I walked over to the car I wanted, while Jeff grabbed the keys for a view and quick spin. Coming back from the test drive Jeff sat us down, and asked if we had a trade-in started working the numbers on that. I roughly knew the value of my trade-in (having modifications done it does diminish some), however was pleasantly surprised when they came back with a number higher than I assumed based on KBB. I mauled it over with my wife once more as to whether or not we should try to finance today, as we were in a high interest rate on the trade-in. We went ahead and applied coming back with a few offers we weren’t happy with and one that made our day being that it was actually under the % we were looking for. All this time Jeff was quite literally running back and forth. After the final signatures we shook hands, moved personal items over from one car to the other and drove off amazed at how fast it was. Thanks again Jeff! *The following day, Jeff called to make sure I was enjoying the new Mustang and there were little to no issues. *I went back a week after to finalize registration, and dropped off some of the original parts that I no longer needed from the old car, talked with Xander and had a nice conversation. He asked if everything was going well with it, I pointed out a small non-issue and he made an appointment to get it looked at on the spot. Best Customer Service I have seen in a long time, this is coming from someone who has worked 12 years in customer service fields. More
