Went to Dealership to look for a new/used vehicle on a Thur afternoon/evening. Experience at that visit was not the best, I was tired and it was not the best of times. Was called the next day that a vehicle had come in late the evening before and after a very pleasant experience, I drove home the same evening with my new to me Soul. Go give these folks a chance. My daughter was looking for her first car, we went & looked at a ford focuses but the salesman was so pushy and rude. We left & then we further went to kia. Luke discussed with me all of my options and was very informative. However, not being able to pass up the amazing deal on the car I was wanting (a good price and low mileage) I got a co-signer to agree to come in with me. We came into the dealership and I told them I wanted to try and get the car I had been looking into, and told them the price range I was looking at. They came back and said after doing a lot of work they was able to get me into that car, and with a lower price than I expected. Kevin did the paperwork for me and explained about GAP coverage and everything. They were very informative and worked hard to get me into the car of my dreams. If it wasn't for seeing the Lawrence Kia website from a car search website, I would have never even thought about going to Lawrence to buy a car (being from Topeka). I'm glad I did. Even tho the car I bought was a Chevrolet (and the dealership being Kia) I will certainly come back next time I'm shopping around for a car! I would strongly recommend this dealership to others. Wow! I thought buying a new car would be just short of a visit to the dentist's office. To my surprise, Rob made it a very laid-back and pleasant experience. As a novice, first-time new car buyer, I did just what I was supposed to; I test drove each car in my price range at all the local dealers. Contrary to most of the other dealers, Rob wasn't the slighest bit 'pushy' and actually encouraged me to look and see what else was out there. The Kia Optima out-classed its competitors and the car really sold itself, but Rob definitely didn't hurt by getting me such a good price. The negotiation process was fast and I was out of there in no time at all. They even brought the car in all the way from Norther Missouri and Rob evaluated the car with a fine-tooth comb. There was a small mark on one of the seats but they are replacing the seat cushioning for me. Rob has kept in contact with me after the sale and I am extremely pleased with his service. I would buy another car from him without any hesitation. More
