I decided to visit Lawrence Kia after seeing their ads about their guaranteed credit approval program. After struggling with my credit for awhile, I wanted to see what the dealership could do for me. I am a hard working mother, in graduate school, so my budget is tight. I had a 2009 Rio and there was just not enough room for my family in that car. Rob met with me numerous times to look at, drive and talk about what was going to be my best option. with Rob's assistance I was able to decide upon things I needed (back-up cam) and things that could wait (leather seats). Management was helpful by offering an excellent amount of rebates. I signed my lease and have to say I am pleased with the outcome of this experience. Rob is friendly, resource oriented, knowledgable, and professional. He was able to assist me in getting what I needed. The staff has been considerate and helpful. Kevin did the paperwork and was very helpful when describing everything I needed to know about the warranties and the other options. We all worked together for the final outcome.
