Excellent service! My malfunction indicator lamp came on so I called Lawrence Kia. They had me bring it in, found the problem and had it fixed in no time. It turned out it was on warranty (2013 Kia Optima). They also told me my car had an engine recall so they took care of that while the car was there. Then they told me they had to drain the oil for the recall so I received a free oil change. Total cost for me with Lawrence Kia: $0.00 Excellent service from everyone in the service dept! Thank you! Kia optima Used cars.com to find the optima. Braden was very helpful no issues. Online price was including all these rebates which half I didn't qualify for so i Used cars.com to find the optima. Braden was very helpful no issues. Online price was including all these rebates which half I didn't qualify for so it caused the price to go up. Trade in was about 250-500 low but not a big deal. Overall it took about 2.5-3 hrs which was annoying but I guess these things take a while. Would do it again. More
