Why I have my Kia Serviced at Harpers From start to finish Harper's Kia has a professionally run servicing shop. My service advisor, Lenny Marino, pointed out that perhaps I should cons From start to finish Harper's Kia has a professionally run servicing shop. My service advisor, Lenny Marino, pointed out that perhaps I should consider a tire rotation with my oil change. I did not realize that I had gone well beyond the recommended oil change interval and I had neglected to request a tire rotation. In the past I would have a tire rotation with the oil change but simply had other things on my mind and just wanted fast in and out service. Yet, I was assured that the tire rotation would be handled quickly and not to worry because I was short on time. The servicing shop appeared to be exceptionally busy but my oil change and tire rotation was handled quickly. Additional follow up services were recommended which I appreciated since I am nearly the end of 30K warranty. Finally, I like to support Harper's because it is local in our Mon Valley Area and the agency over the many years has been supportive of the community in giving back. As a Rotarian our annual car show has been hosted by Harper and the agency has been more than generous in support of this community service event. More
