Aggravating From the time I pulled in the service writer made my visit unpleasant. Seemed I was bothering him as I was a bit early for my appt. I told him that I From the time I pulled in the service writer made my visit unpleasant. Seemed I was bothering him as I was a bit early for my appt. I told him that I did not want the car washed-it broke my brake light the last time-he was very condescending as it was raining. Three hours later I get my car back and he is still agitated that I hadn’t paid in a timely manner( the cashier was having issues- not me!) As I drove off I realized the car had been washed! Sure enough when I got home and looked my upper brake light was broken uust as before. When I called the man I spoke to didnt believe me. Asked if I were joking. Then said he would need to see it to order it. I told him to just look it up as it was the exact same as the last time they washed it and broke it. He seemed angry and commented that they was other kia souls with no problems. I don’t know about others but I NEVER use those types of car washes - ALWAYS the touch free.. I also now have a large scratch on the roof of my car that wasnt there prior to this! They are to call me when the part comes in and will replace it as no cost but what about my wasted time? The hassle? The aggravations of dealing with all this - all because of a condescending servicr wtiter who couldn’t take 2 seconds to write NO CAR WASH on my papers. More
