Our radio went out I called service was in the next day had to order the part. Days the part was in they replaced it and it works perfectly. This department is friendly and pretty quick. One problem I’ve had is getting air out in my spare. I’ve asked 4 oil changes now to add air to my spare and they never do. My husband was a service manager I’ve had is getting air out in my spare. I’ve asked 4 oil changes now to add air to my spare and they never do. My husband was a service manager for Toyota and knows the process for repairs. Well I have mini rust spots all over my tailgate and he has submitted RAS forms. Well they said it wasn’t covered as it was rail dust from transport. More

These folks are amazing. I pay more for service on my 07 Yaris than I would elsewhere, but that’s ok because I know it will be done right. They kept us up to date on the state of the repair and did what the Yaris than I would elsewhere, but that’s ok because I know it will be done right. They kept us up to date on the state of the repair and did what they could to keep the price down. They replaced the car’s battery when it failed when it was removed for no charge. That dealership is the only one I will ever deal with and any future cars I get will be bought there. More
