This is the second car I've purchased from this Byers. My previous car got totaled by someone running a red light and I'd only had it about a year and a half. For my most recent service delivery, Josh Lewis, couldn't have been more gracious, patient, empathic, and understanding in the execution and follow through of customer service. Top notch! Josh was consistent with his delivery of service/maintenance needs for my vehicle and the status of such. Buyers Beware! ! They may show good prices online, but that is where the customer service stops. They are not willing to even fix small problems that should be reso ! The Camery we were looking at only came with one remote. They would not do anything to resolve the problem. They only said our prices are so low, we can't do anything. When I suggested a compromise and we both share the cost, they would not. I will take my business elsewhere even if it costs me more money. More
