The wait was way too long. I was there on a Saturday and waited 3 hours only to be told it’ll take 1.5 hours to service my car but they closed in 20 mins so I had to come back I was there on a Saturday and waited 3 hours only to be told it’ll take 1.5 hours to service my car but they closed in 20 mins so I had to come back another day to get it done. When I came back another day, they told me it would take an hour and 15 to 30 mins, but I was there for 4 hours only for my service light to still be on and my car wasn’t even washed when I asked for it. I went back inside to tell them so they took it back to get it washed, but they told me the service light was on because I need an oil change which wasn’t what my appointment was for, but they should’ve told me that was something I needed to do while they worked on the car. They said getting an oil change done that day would be another 30 to 45 mins, but it probably would’ve been at least another hour so I said no and went to Valvoline instead. Valvoline got my oil change done in less than 30 mins plus they changed my windshield wipers and air filter. I’m never coming back here again except to return my car after the lease is up. I won’t be getting another Mazda. More

I came in with no window washer fluid due to all the dirty snow. At the end, I was sent a video saying they completed my service and that they did checks on my car to see if I needed anything else. The video specifically mentioned thay topped me off with window washer fluid. When I got back in my car the light still shows I have low fluid. I check and sure enough no fluid was added. Makes me believe that they didnt do any checks at all on my car. More
