Tried pressure tactics over the phone continuously, wanted us to commit to buying the vehicle as quickly as possible. None of these offers on GMC. com work on the dealer. And I went to two dealers to waste my time. The first one did not want to match the price I had on the internet and the sec com work on the dealer. And I went to two dealers to waste my time. On January 17, 2023 I was able to find it at Lehman Buick GMC, Miami Gardens. A gentleman with the name of Shawn Sullivan greeted me and walked me every step of the way, answering my numerous questions, this and that; with patience and understanding from his part I was able to walked out with my beautiful "2023 Buick Encore GX". GMC even verified that you did not have a vehicle to match your current offer. Even if you did, the advertised pricing is so far below realistic, the deal would never have happened. This low balling method is shameful, repugnant, and it is most definitely immoral. Your deceptive and pathetic business practices are an embarrassment to those who are legitimate in the automotive industry. I can't express to you how disgusted I am. I most deeply hope your company is soon held accountable by the manufacturer, by the legal system, and even more so in the court of public opinion. Absolutely despicable! More
