I drove from chippewa falls wisconsin to look at a used RL acura that i found on their web site. Upon arriving, it started to rain and i do mean like a down pour. My sales person was tony peterson and he went out into the rain and drove the car from the lot and into the building so that i could look at it. Tony then went over every detail of the car and its technology package. When we went for a ride, i was very impressed with how well it handled in the heavy rain. Being an all wheel drive it should come in handy next winter. The negotiating over price and our trade in was just as smooth as you can get. There was no high pressure sales tactics or a closer that came in. I bought this car for my wife and she just loves it and wants to thank tony for the pink acura coffee mug. I purchased my car from Buerkle and have had it serviced there ever since. Both the purchase and the subsequent servicing have been great experiences. The service person discusses in detail with me what they have found and is willing to also discuss what needs fixing now versus what can wait. They will also provide a free loaner car with a full tank of gas. All they ask for is that it be returned with a full tank of gas. This makes it very easy to drop the car off for the day instead of waiting in the waiting room (which is also very nice with TV, newspapers, phone and internet service). There is also a shopping mall across the street so you can drop the car off, do some shopping and then pick the car up when its done. Service and parts are also open Saturday which is handy. More

I called Buerkle Acura and talked to Gregg Stoltman and let him know that I was coming in the next day to look at the vehicle. Unfortunately Gregg could not be there but set me up with Andy Phan and fille let him know that I was coming in the next day to look at the vehicle. Andy did a great job of showing us the Jeep, he had a great Test Drive route. Andy was not at all pushy, he gave us (myself, my wife and son) time by ourselves to make the decision. We decided to purchase the Jeep and all the paper work including financing went quick and smooth. It was a Great Car Shopping Experience. More
