First let me state that I am a convert from Lexus to Acura. That transition is due in no small part to the professionalism of Andey Nintzel and Buerkle Acura. I selected four vehicles on line for my review at a prearranged appointment. Andy's thorough knowledge of his products and the outstanding value that MDX represents compared to the competition made the buying decision an easy one. More

Working with Jeff was a very pleasant experience. I first contacted the dealership via their website to inquire if the RDX I saw had the Tech/Navigation package or not. What's important about that, was after our initial exchanges (as at that time we were looking for an RDX with a Tech Package) he said he would keep an eye out for somehting that matched for us. But that was it...which is a plus for me. During the process I also contacted a diffrent Acura dealer (in White Bear Lake) and inquired about a pre-owned that I saw on their website. After many emails, I found that the car was in transit from California, but it took over the course of a week and-a-half. During that week and-a-half I received numerous "canned" emails from the pre-owned sales rep, and his manager. These email became a nuisance I interpreted them, initially, that there was availability of the vehicle. This can also be seen as pressure of sorts. Jeff was complete opposite in his approach. Their website was very informative and easy to navigate. I liked the fact they were solely Acura dealers, and not a mixed-bag of cars. We knew were looking for, with just a little indecisiveness on the options. The added features to select from (extended warranty, tire, key, protection plans) were explained very well, but they were not pushy about it. We had time constraints of when we could pcik-up the car, and they worked with us on that. Overall has been my best car buying experience to date (I've only had 3, but still very, very good). On a personal note Jeff didn't feel like a "used car salesman" but more as a freind that would go that extra mile for you. In my opinion he is the preferred seller for us now, and the future. More

I purchased a new Acura TL (Tech Pkg) back in 2006 from Buerkle Acura in Brooklyn Park, MN. My salesperson was Sandy Nobbe. What a great sales experience!!! Sandy took the time to listen to what I was looking for in a vehicle, made me aware of additional options (but never pushed me - just made suggestions), and was willing to negotiate (IMHO) a fair price that satisfied both the dealership and me. Fast forward to March of 2009...on my way to work, I get T-boned by a Ford F-150 doing about 50 MPH at an uncontrolled intersection. Airbags deployed, and the car spun around 180 degrees. I walked away with a sore right knee and bruised left shoulder. The car was totalled. But my Acura saved my life. Fought with my insurance company just to get the loan on the vehicle paid off. Now I had no car, no trade-in, and didn't really want to dip into my savings for a down payment. What to do? Went back to Buerkle Acura and asked for Sandy. Told her my story, and what I wanted for a new vehicle. Once again, Sandy listened, made suggestions, was willing to negotiate and 1 hour later I was the proud owner of a 2009 Acura TL (Tech Pkg). I cannot emphasize enough how professional, knowledgeable, courteous and downright friendly Sandy Nobbe (and the rest of Buerkle Acura) has been to me. I feel like I have finally found an honest car dealership where I will continue to purchase my vehicles for many years to come. Thanks Sandy! More
