We were looking for a new MDX to be very specific and had made a choice on the exterior and interior combinations. Since that particular trim in the desired combinations was not available locally, the car h made a choice on the exterior and interior combinations. Since that particular trim in the desired combinations was not available locally, the car had to be traded and shipped in from out of state. While another dealership failed to do this within the promised time, we had to cancel the deal with the other dealership. Adam not only promised us the car, but delivered as promised, and our whole experience was very pleasant. We would certainly go back to Buerkle Acura if we were to buy another car, and definitely recommend this dealership to our friends and family. More

He was very friendly and professional throughout. John Steger was also very efficient and straightforward with me in getting the necessary financing, as well as being friendly, respectful, and courteous. Other team members at Buerkle Acura were also involved, and each one was eager to assist in helping the transaction move along quickly and seamlessly. It was a very pleasant experience which I would enjoy experiencing again. My goals were understood, respected, and fulfilled......I was on the road in the car I wanted, at a reasonable price (which matched my budget) in about an hour and a half.
