The Amber Brownstone color was not available in the 2012 model so we decided to purchase the 2013 model. AJ explained that the vehicle would not be available until early to mid August as it needed to be built! I never had to follow up with AJ on the status of the vehicle--he either called us or sent us an email on a weekly basis. On the day we picked up the RDX, AJ took the time to review the amazing technology this vehicle offers! He provided excellent customer service! From the moment I showed up, Andy was very pleasant and respectful. He didn't pressure nor did he BS me. He was truthful about never having been in the car I was looking at yet very knowledged in what to e respectful. He didn't pressure nor did he BS me. He took the time to make sure and tell me what things to look for while test driving a vehicle (I had prior knowledge, but still nice to know someone was looking out for me) There was a scratch on the trunk lid that he suggested to me he could touch up, I didn't even have to ask. While he was taking some information and doing some vehicle history checks and Buerkle's inspection sheet look up, he qas quick to offer water, soda, coffee, etc. After working with Andy, I got sent to John for all the finalizing. He was very friendly and informative. I thank him for allowing me to have my updated insurance sent to his fax so I could leave the lot with proof of it. The only slight complaint I may have was price. I would have liked to have it been a bit less for some of the things wrong with it (broke tail light, front fender isn't affixed properly, missing rear tow cover, etc) Otherwise the entire experience went very well More
