Dennis Andrews was a great salesman, taking the time to answer all of our questions and being patient when we drove several cars over a week long period. I found all of their used vehicles on their lot to be in very good condition, and the ability to be able to buy a certified Acura from them was a big selling point in my decision. The negotiation on the price was performed in a dignified and reasonable manner and the paperwork on the certified 2010 Acura TL was handled very smoothly. A couple days after the sale I noticed a small issue on the exterior of the car, something that may not have been easy to see at night when we bought it. Even though I couldn't have 100% proof that the issue didn't occur after it left the lot, Dennis Andrews and his Manage Denny Pechtel took care of it right away. They expedited the repair and in two days I had a car that looked fantastic! Many dealerships say they are customer focused, but I was able to see Buerkle Acura in action and perform at the highest level during the first week I owned the vehicle.
