Buyer beware STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER for USED vehicles. They are selling salvaged vehicles that have been totaled that they can keep a clean vehicle history on. I purchased an Alfa Romeo from the vehicles. They are selling salvaged vehicles that have been totaled that they can keep a clean vehicle history on. I purchased an Alfa Romeo from them on May 31, 2023. I noticed a few little minor issues here and there with the vehicle. And pointed them out to the dealership they “took off $500” from the price to help fix the issues. Before we took delivery I noticed the hood was out of alignment and pointed it out to the salesmen who of course made some excuse. Also said that’s why they took some money off to fix those minor issues. First thing I noticed with the vehicle they gave us 2 keys. 1 key worked the other was a brand new key that was never even programmed to the vehicle. Took the vehicle to an auto body shop the next day to inquire about realignment of the hood. They walked me around the vehicle and showed me numerous issuers with the vehicle and pointed out the reason the hood was not aligned was because the vehicle had been in a major accident and the frame was bent and who ever did the repair job did a hack job under the table ti prevent it from showing up in a vehicle history. Called Buerkle Acura less then 48hours after the sale and advised them. They told my wife they had already sold our old car even though they didn’t even have the title. Then when I called back they told me the our old car was out for detailing and they tried to tell me not to come into the dealership. Then when I showed up they said they had a customer coming to look at our old car. The Used Car Sales Manager wanted to have a argument with me over the sale and return of the vehicles. After I wouldn’t back down and told them how this process would go they gave us our vehicle back. But during the 48 hours we owned the Alfa Romeo we mailed them our vehicle title for our old car. Well now 2 weeks later they refuse to call or email us back and we still have not received our title for our old car back. DO NOT EVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS SHADY DEALERSHIP. More
