When I called inquiring about a used vehicle the phone rang and rang. Eventually, someone answered. I was on hold for a long time and then I was disconnected. I called back and after waiting 5 minutes I w rang and rang. Eventually, someone answered. I was on hold for a long time and then I was disconnected. I called back and after waiting 5 minutes I was connected to Martin. He said he would call me back after he verified the car was available. He called me back a few minutes later to let me know that the car was there. I came down, looked at the car, inspected the lift, and decided to buy it. Everything went fine to that point when I went in to sign all the paperwork the woman was very pushy about selling me an extended warranty. I told her no that the salesman had already offered it to me and that I had declined it, but she continued. I told her that was not interested in buying anything additional other than the car. I finally told her that if she didn't have me out of her office in 15 minutes I was not going to buy the car. I would not return to your dealership and deal with her again. More

Between 4/25/22-5/20/22 I reached out to Honda EIGHT times for help with a service question. Amazingly they never got back to me. Obviously at this point I would never do business with this location ( times for help with a service question. Amazingly they never got back to me. Obviously at this point I would never do business with this location (sales or service). This is also a negative impact on the Honda brand. Avoid. More
