I told Michell 20-30 times I DID NOT WANT THE EXTENDED WARRANTY, SHE STILL ADDED AND CHARGED WITH TWISTNG WORDS. FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO THIS COMPLAINT IN 30 DAYS. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND WICKED WAY OF DOING BUSINESS. BEEN ALMOST 3 YEARS I HAVE BEEN ATTEMPTING TO GET A RESPONSE BACK. I would like the deceptive billing researched and refunded. why are they refusing to provide the requested documentation. Beginning to believe there is no warranty, they refuse to provide or even contact. This was also requested by American Honda, and they refused to respond to any of the request. More
