This is the second car my family has bought from Bud Clary. From the first phone call to them to the very end of this transaction, they treated me great. Abel Guerra, Jessica Arellano, and Christian Horta-Gomez were all extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. Abel was very responsive to my questions and requests. They sent me an initial offer, I countered, and we came to a deal very quickly. I got the price I asked for from them after being denied the same price from other dealerships. They even threw in some extras that I believe were great add ons. When Abel was not available, Jessica was quick to assist him so my daughter and I had a quick buying experience. She also was very helpful when we picked up the car. She showed my daughter all the features of the HRV. Christian was very patient and helpful when completing the financing of the HRV. He was eager to help me make sure the rebate I was eligible for went through correctly. He also helped out a lot when I had to fill out that paperwork from home. I am not the most technologically proficient person; so, Christian had to help me get the paperwork in correctly. He made sure we got the rebate completed. Both times we have bought cars through Bud Clary, the process was easy and we didn’t have to sit around for hours on end to get the price I originally asked for. I will definitely give Bud Clary an opportunity to earn our business on future car purchases.
