Disappointed in my recent experience I was not happy with my experience with the service representative. When contacted regarding what issues my vehicle was having he provided me with the I was not happy with my experience with the service representative. When contacted regarding what issues my vehicle was having he provided me with the items that needed to be addressed and their cost however when I requested more details about specific items, like what that items functions was, etc, his tone changed and seemed defensive which unfortunately came off as rude. I was also charged a miscellaneous fee of approximately $20 with no explanation on the invoice as to what the fee was for. I would like someone to contact me regarding this charge or reimburse me for it. When also reviewing the service technicians notes regarding the item I had replaced it actually started that due to no misfires occurring at the time of the inspection that they suggest to replace the knock sensor to see if the faults came back however not stating that this item was actually faulty to begin with. I actually asked the service respresenative about this and if the item was actually broken, He insisted that it be replaced as although my car hasn’t broken down yet it doesn’t mean that it will not breakdown as my car comes to a stop. I was also not notified of what repairs were needing to be done until almost 4 pm that day. I dropped my car off at 8:30 am that morning for my scheduled appointment. If my appointment is scheduled for 8:30 am, with no assumptions, this is when technicians should be seeing my vehicle rather than it being a “possible time” for it to be seen. Please keep in mind any repairs needed still had not been completed which when everything was said and done I did not receive my vehicle back until 5 pm. If the service manager would reach out to me regarding the misc charge and my experience I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you! More
