They use low prices to get you in the door and then think that you are stupid and won’t see through their lack of integrity. As soon as we said we were paying cash they said price will be $2000 more then ga that you are stupid and won’t see through their lack of integrity. As soon as we said we were paying cash they said price will be $2000 more then gave us 1/3 of what are trade in was worth. We walked out and they chased us wanting to make a deal which was a decent offer. We said we would consider and off we went. 10 minutes later they texted us and told us the new offer was only good for 1 hour. They prey on people! More

With all the information available to consumers today, you would think dealers would not be as blatantly deceitful. Gotta love these shady stealerships. RUN! More

I get a call 30 minutes later from Mike stating “he would work with me and he really wanted to work with me because I seemed nice” he offered me 18k for my trade. He said my payment would be 760. I declined the offer. Fast forward a week, I call and tell them I want them to rework the numbers because I no longer want to trade my current vehicle. Jason calls and tells me straight off the bat my payment would be $860. He sounded completely incompetent and I had to explain that I no longer had a trade in. He had no idea that last week the payment would be 760 so he looked foolish and I did tell him that. I also told him to stop wasting my time with going back and forth. This is my 19th car and I’m no stranger to the games. He stated “we sell a lot of cars I’m not playing games” I said to him that they sell cars because they are advertising them cheaper than other dealers but their reputation still remains below poor. I then get a text message from Dennis with a payment of $880 and an interest rate that was 4.99% higher than last week without them re running my credit again today. I was also told I would get internet pricing but further review of my approval showed that after they add everything back on that I’m basically paying the msrp anyway. This place wasted HOURS of my time just to treat me like an idiot. The only good reviews are either from employees or people not wise enough to know they are being robbed blind!! More

Let me start with Buchanan final price is not the final price. Truck listed at $42,411 with my first responders discount truck should have been $41,911. Plus all the extra stuff you can't take off like the air in the tires, the theft BS they offer, and other things totalling $2000. So the trucks final price is actually $49,000. My 2020 WRX with 31k miles they offered $22,000 for which is a joke all in itself. Please take this warning, it all looks good on the website but after driving 1.5 hours there and 1.5 hours home, I still have my car. With $5,000 down they had my payment at like $1,300 a month for 72 months. Picture paying $96,000 for a truck that is listed on their website for $42,000. They use your trade it to cushion the blow of the price they advertise, and then act like they're doing you a favor. I'll never go back, I bought a truck in 2020 from them and it took me 8 hours to get the deal they advertised and didn't want to do that again this time. Please save your time and gas. More

Run from this place, there are many other reputable car dealerships that will appreciate and treat you fairly! More
