Ryan went through 3 cars, two test drives, 2 changes of mind and hours of me and my nephew. My ADHD 13 year old nephew also tried out the feel of several new cars. When I got in MY new camry for the first time, I spilled my coffee all over. I was getting shaky (hungry). He looked at me and said "it's o.k. Stay calm. I will clean this up.) I got a paper towel while he ran to the back of the building. He came back with more towels and some spray bottle that left no evidence of my spill anywhere by the time he was done. He made sure I left happy. I like that. More

Shan Chao is an excellent sales person - a real asset to Toyota. She's very personable and her sales style is helpful, but not pushy. That was a nice touch! Also, I had to take my new vehicle in the day after the sale to get help with transferring my contacts from my cell phone to my bluetooth because I couldn't do it on my own. Jackie Clubb, the service person, made sure I was given prompt and proficient technical help. She was very pleasant and helpful. Charles Gabriel was the technical person who did download my contacts for me. When he told me his last name was Gabriel, like the angel, I told him he was my angel today because I was very frustrated that I couldn't get the download to work. He figured it out in no time and was very professional and pleasant. I have to say that with all the cars, mostly which have been Toyotas, this has been the best experience ever with a dealership sales and service department.
