Vee is a "keeper"! Paul was also great. The Jeep I wanted, a 2012, was at another dealer, and he worked diligently to procur the vehicle for me. He was also readily on hand to answer my questions. The reason I gave Customer Service a "4" was because I waited 2 hours to finalize my purchase. I paid cash. I understand it was the end of the month, (I paid for the Jeep on July 31st), but I felt, since it was the end of the month, they should have taken that into consideration and had another finance person available. I love my Jeep, and look forward to many years with it. I only hope my service experience is as wonderful as my purchasing experience was! More
