When picking up the vehicle he spent all the time that I needed to go over the new aspects of the jeep, set up my phone, explain all the features and just make sure I felt comfortable with the vehicle. I had been thinking a lot between Ford and Jeep until I took a test drive in a 2014 Cherokee Limited. I love it ! and also Wrangler and Grand Cherokee. I purchased a used Jeep. It took two weeks for me to get my registration. Two days after buying it the change oil message came on. There was a sticker on the windshield that said the oil was changed, but my registration. Two days after buying it the change oil message came on. There was a sticker on the windshield that said the oil was changed, but it was only a sticker. My guess was that the sticker was placed on the windshield and that the oil was never changed. This was a Jeep I purchased, and this was a Jeep dealership. If they had in fact changed the oil they would know how to reset the change oil message. Fifteen days after purchasing it the check engine light came on. I guess they didn't go through the vehicle very well prior to selling it. As far as the purchasing of the vehicle I thought they were very good. I'm worried they never went through the vehicle, and just put it on the lot to sell. Now I've got to take a day off of work so I can personally watch them service my vehicle, as I don't trust them More
