Excellent Customer Service Over the past few months, I have been to many Jeep dealerships and have spoken with a variety of Sales Consultants. However, every time I either felt as though I wasn’t dealing with someone who was very knowledgeable and/or willing to help me get the best price possible. From the moment I met Luis Toledo at Brigham-Gill, I could tell that he was very knowledgeable, personable, and truthful (unlike many Sales Consultants). He went out of his way to make sure I saw and knew all of my options. He knew everything about all of the different models of Jeeps down the to very precise features. He was very calm and took the extra time to help me come to the best possible decision for my own financial situation. Without question, he informed me of additional discounts that were available to me, which I greatly appreciated. I bought my car on a Saturday and wanted to pick it up on Monday during lunch. He made it priority to get everything done for me Monday morning so that picking it up during lunch was a possibility. When I went to pick up my Jeep, he took the time to go through all of the features, help me set up personalized options, as well as answer every question I could think of (as I had never owned an SUV or Jeep before - you can image there was a lot!) While Brigham-Gill is a very reputable dealership, it was Luis’s professionalism and trustworthy demeanor that will bring me back for future purchases. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends and/or family members who will be looking for a Jeep in the future. More

Good experience leasing a new Chrysler 200 My wife needed a new car and I had been looking around on the internet we decided to take a look at Chrysler 200's. I had never dealt with Brigham Gil My wife needed a new car and I had been looking around on the internet we decided to take a look at Chrysler 200's. I had never dealt with Brigham Gill before but I knew that they had been around for a long time so we decided to stop in and take a look. we were greeted by Rith Lan . He was very nice to deal with and pretty knowledgeable about the vehicle. we we given a good price for the new car and although the trade price for our old car was a little low I thought we were satisfied with the deal we were able to get. The car delivery went smoothly. the condition of the new car was the best that I have ever seen out of all the cars and trucks I have purchased over the years. Rith spent a long time going over the controls and how to work things in the car he even helped us get our pones paired to the audio system. I would consider buying from Brigham Gill again and I would highly recommend Brigham Gill to my firends. More

I had gone on-line the evening before and had determined that what I wanted was the Jeep Compass. Although he did show me the higher end Jeeps - Cherokee's, he did not try to push me into something I didn't want. I appreciated that he was listening to my needs and found me exactly what I wanted. Everything continued to go very smoothly, including the gentleman who helped me get the credit approval. I drove out of there that afternoon with my new car. Could not have been happier... In every instance, Patrick made the selection process both pleasant and informative for us. We were a bit uncertain about moving up in size from the PT Cruiser to the Dart, but he assured us that we would be comfortable and happy with it. He was right. We are delighted. AWESOMENESS!!! I've bought a lot of cars, and high end cars. Car industry can be difficult for a buyer to put it mildly. I had to get rid of my H3 Hummer, loved th I've bought a lot of cars, and high end cars. Car industry can be difficult for a buyer to put it mildly. I had to get rid of my H3 Hummer, loved the truck but lots of miles, and the only thing close was an unlimited Wrangler. Brian and Ali were very patient with me about vehicle selection and in the end I ordered a custom Rubicon-X in white. The Jeep is amazing, the process was easy and the price was very fair and transparent. All you could ask from a dealer and dealer experience. I would definitely send any friend to Brigham Gill to shop for their next Jeep! Dealership clean and obviously well run. I will take the extra travel for the service too. More
