Brigham-Gill Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

My husband & I purchased our brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from Patrick Read. He was referred to us by a friend, Matt Gregoire. Our entire experience with Patrick was great from beginning to end. He was very pleasant to deal with and made the new car buying experience as painless as possible. He was knowledgeable about the car we were looking for and was patient with us and all of our questions. I would say our overall experience was a good one at BG. The only issue we ran in to was getting the actual registration for the car. That took a little longer than expected. There was also a hiccup with financing, where we were contacted approx. 2 weeks after we had already "purchased" the car - we were told we needed to sign off on the credit application and it needed to be submitted asap or else the loan would be in default. I guess we had assumed the evening we signed for the car etc.. that all of this paperwork had been completed (as we were not told otherwise) This would not stop me from referring friends to this dealership, again, we had a great experience. I just felt like the communication regarding the registration and financing could have been a bit better. More

I had never gone to Brigham Gill before, but I was I the market for a Wrangler unlimited and saw that they were offering good discounts on there website. When I got to the dealership they had Polar edition market for a Wrangler unlimited and saw that they were offering good discounts on there website. When I got to the dealership they had Polar edition wrangler right in the showroom. I asked the receptionist to get us a salesman for a test drive. Nick Pesiridis came over, and I told him I wanted to drive the showroom model. He was very nice and said no problem without hesitation. Nick was very low key, no pressure sales tactics. He answered all my questions, and had excellent knowledge about the vehicle. In fact the thing I liked very much when I entered the showroom was that I didn't get attacked by sales person. I was able to poke around until I was ready to talk to someone about the vehicle I was interested in. After the test drive, I made an offer on the vehicle based on some research I had done, and they accepted it right away without any of that back and forth banter which I hate. When I picked up the vehicle Nick was great at explaining all the features of the wrangler, he even offered to help us switch the hard top to the soft top if we couldn't figure it out. As we were leaving the dealership one of the wipers broke, and they fixed it right away. Overall a great experience, people were nice and helpful. I was in and out in a timely fashion. No pressure sales, and I got a fair deal. More

My experience at Brigham-Gill was much different then any other car dealership I have ever walked in before. I gave the rating of 5 across the board because from the moment I walked in the door I didn't feel other car dealership I have ever walked in before. I emailed to take a test drive in a 2011 Jeep Compass, when I arrived the next day Luis had the car waiting for me outside and before making us go inside and talk for 2 hours about the car we were able to take it for a test drive right away. When we returned to the dealership he wasn't feeding us lines and trying really hard to sell the car. He wanted to make sure I actually liked it and wanted to make the purchase. He gave time for me to discuss it with family and make a good decision - he was very fair with the price and got everything done very quickly. I didn't feel like I wasted my day at the dealership and I didn't feel like I got cheated. I would definitely recommend this dealership to people, my mother is already thinking of her next car purchase and wants to come to Brigham-Gill to work with Luis. More
