My salesperson Sal was great! No unnecessary pressure. Sal was very helpful and patiently reviewed the features of the vehicle I purchased. The Receptionists were exceptionally friendly and inviting. F&I did not attempt to sell unnecessary garbage. Overall sales experience was exceptional. Kudos to the entire sales team! Great people! Now for the not so good....When you sell an EV, it is presumed to be equipped with a charger. I received a charger good for 120V, however the 240V adapter cable was missing. Sal was nice enough to research the part needed and provide the info needed to order. The 120V charger will only charge about 4 miles per hour making it impractical. The missing $95.00 charge adapter should have been provided upon delivery or at least ordered as a "We Owe" and shipped to the customer. More
