Proactive and outstanding customer service I took my car to this dealership for an oil change initially, after moving from out of state and talking to quite a few other places, and was fortunat I took my car to this dealership for an oil change initially, after moving from out of state and talking to quite a few other places, and was fortunate to have talked to Eros Cruz, the service advisor, during my first visit. It is truly difficult to find honesty and transparency in the auto industry, especially if you are a woman, but Eros has gone above and beyond to show that they want to do right by their customers. They (Eros and Alex, the service tech) even helped fix a cosmetic issue on the car as a courtesy during my last visit, since I had not had a very good experience with another employee there a few weeks before. It was a very impressive move on their part. Even though it is quite a drive from my home, I intend to continue taking my car to be serviced at this dealer, since they have gained my trust and business. More

Difficult Purchase and long wait time I came in at 6:30pm and left at 11pm. I had to return the next day to get the new car detailed and when i received it, it was poorly washed. I had asked to hold the contract and not send to bank in order for me to get a lower interest rate with my bank. When I called Brandon he put it through with his bank and gave me a lame excuse. Also, negotiating the price was very difficult with him. He did not want to lower the price nor give me any incentives (1 year service, warranty). He also refused to give me more on my trade in vehicle which I know is worth more than what I was given. Definitely not coming back to purchase. More

Amazing experience It was my moms birthday and it was time for her to trade in her Mazda 6. The team at Mazda was wonderful.
