Careless, unprofessional I started working on my lease application online and submitted all the information they requested in order to complete the purchase online. At some I started working on my lease application online and submitted all the information they requested in order to complete the purchase online. At some point of the process, the numbers jumped and I stopped. I was immediately contacted by the Internet sales manager, Yuri, asking if I was still interested on the vehicle and I explained the situation. The manager apologized and asked me to please come in to the dealership, that they would give me the number I wanted. I asked her repeatedly if they would really be able to give me such deal because I did not have time to waste, to which she replied she was 100% sure because It was the last day of the month. I decided to give them a try and I drove over an hour from work to get the car. I kept on receiving emails and texts confirming my appointment throughout the day. Once at the dealership, I asked for Yuri and they told me I could work with anybody because she was just a person they had to convince people to come to the dealership. They had me start with Brandon from sales. He had no idea about any of the information I had already submitted or the car I wanted. I showed him the car I wanted from their inventory and he went to look for it. Half an hour passed and he returned saying the car had been sold. At that point, I asked him to work the numbers with a similar car and as I was expected, he was almost double the numbers I was already quoting with them, very frustrated, I decided to leave because of the time I wasted and their lack of professionalism. As I was driving off the dealership, the salesperson tapped on my window and gave me another number but it was still too high, so I left. They had all of my contact information, but no effort was done to give me a call, send me a text or an email to let me know they KEPT MY DRIVERS LICENSE, I had to chase them the whole day to figure out if they still had and go the following day wasting time to get it. How would I describe the experience? Horrible. They are careless , unprofessional, disrespectful, and liars. All they want is to do is have you waste your time going there to give you a ridiculous number, not have the car you want, and keep your documents. Because of all the time I wasted with them the last day of the month, I lost a done deal I had with a higher end vehicle because I wanted to give them a chance. Their numbers are ridiculous, avoid them at all cost and get a better vehicle for your money. More

Wrong information I was told the update of the software required for safety recall will take 30min on the phone (not Mario). When I arrived I was told it takes 2h and i I was told the update of the software required for safety recall will take 30min on the phone (not Mario). When I arrived I was told it takes 2h and in the end it took 2h15. Needless to say that the sole purpose of planning the check is to know how long it will take to be able to organize ones time. In the end I found out that it is common that the dealer proposes to pay for the uber etc. None of such was proposed to me. More

Very accommodating! We had to drive a few hours to get to the nearest Mazda service center in order to get a recall on my vehicle handled. The paperwork we received in th We had to drive a few hours to get to the nearest Mazda service center in order to get a recall on my vehicle handled. The paperwork we received in the mail said it was a thirty minute software update, so I made an appointment ahead of time and took the morning off of work. When we arrived at our appointment time, we were told it would be at least two hours based on the number of vehicles ahead of me waiting on the equipment needed for the update. The staff was wonderful and even called an uber to take us to and from lunch nearby while the work was being done, however I ended up having to take the whole day off of work on account of the delayed service time. I will certainly use this service center again, I just know now to be more thorough about asking how long I should expect the appointment to take. More
